Shipping & Returns
All US Domestic orders ship for free is you spend $100 or more. For orders under $100, shipping will be calculated at checkout. We ship by USPS priority mail. Please allow 7-15 business days for your order to arrive. Orders made Monday-Friday between 9 a.m and 4 p.m EST will be shipped within the next business day. Orders made during the weekend will be fulfilled on Mondays (if it not a holiday).
Pre-Order Shipping: For items under Pre-Order status please allow 4-6 weeks for shipment as they are made to order and in production. When your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Unfortunately we are currently unavailable to offer free shipping for orders outside of the US. All shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed at checkout based on the destination. We recommend our customers always check their address before and after placing their order. If you notice an error after you have placed your order send an an email to (email@example.com) with the order# as the subject line and we will be more than happy to update it. This will help us ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address. We only provide one shipping label per order, therefore if the package gets sent back to us due to incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying for the second label that will need to issued.
Our goal is to ship your items as fast as possible. Please keep in mind that our carries only provide us with an estimated delivery date. Once your order has left our facilities it is now the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in a timely matter.
Once your order has been packaged you will receive a tracking number. We are NOT responsible for incorrect address, unclaimed or refused packages and for orders lost in the mail. All of our orders are insured up to $100, which means that if for any reason your package gets lost in the mail you may submit a claim with USPS. Our policy lasts 7 business days from the time your item was delivered. To be eligible for a return (refunds and store credits), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and shipped back to our facilities within 7 days of us approving your request. If your item is not shipped out within that time frame, you will not be eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it has been approved or denied.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased under our "Last Chance", bathing suits and all jewelry items do not qualify for exchanges, refunds, or store credits.

Due to the timeline for processing an exchange and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we don’t offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the item you’d like and returning your current order for a refund following the steps above.

Credit or Debit Card Returns: If your order was made using a debit or credit card it may take up to 10 business day for the credit to show on your account
